Ajax alarm installation in Wrexham and Chester

SR Security is an Ajax authorised installer based in Wrexham. We design and fit Ajax alarm systems for homes and businesses across Wrexham, Chester and the surrounding towns. Ajax is a wireless alarm, with Fibra hard-wired options, that you control from your phone. We do the survey, the install, the app setup and the handover, then we look after the system. Ajax alarms covering Chester from Wrexham

We cover Chester from Wrexham and do not have a Chester office. For Chester-focused alarm installation (burglar / intruder / home alarms, with Ajax as the usual recommendation), see alarm installation in Chester. For the wider Chester services hub — CCTV, alarms and door access — see security installers in Chester.

Why we recommend Ajax

Ajax is the system we push for most new alarm jobs. Every system is designed for the building rather than sold as a box.

• Jeweller wireless devices, or Fibra hard-wired where cabling suits the building
• App control, so you can set, unset and check the system from your phone
• Room to add devices later as the property or business changes
• A local installer who fits the system and then maintains it

How an Ajax alarm installation runs

1. Survey. We look at the property, the risk and where devices need to go.
2. Quote. A written quote for the system we have designed.
3. Installation. Hub, sensors, sounders and any Fibra cabling.
4. App and handover. We set up users and alerts and show you how the system works.
5. Aftercare, including Ajax alarm maintenance and servicing.

Typical domestic jobs are finished in a day.

Homes and businesses

We fit Ajax in houses, flats, shops, offices, workshops and yards. A home system is usually a hub, door contacts and PIRs with app control. A business system may add more detection areas, keypads and extra users. For a commercial CCTV and alarms example, see our Island Green, Wrexham project. Many customers also add CCTV installation in Wrexham, CCTV installation in Chester, or door access. General alarm options are on our alarm installation in Wrexham page, or alarm installation in Chester.

FAQs

Do you only fit Ajax alarms?

No, but Ajax is what we recommend for most new alarm installations.

Is Ajax wireless or wired?

Both. Jeweller wireless devices suit most properties, and Fibra hard-wired devices are used where cabling suits the building.

Can you provide paperwork for my insurer?

Yes, after an installation or a service. Check your policy for the alarm grade or standard it asks for before we design the system.

Can I control the alarm from my phone?

Yes. The Ajax app lets you set and unset the system, manage users and receive alerts.

Do you maintain the systems you install?

Yes. See our Ajax alarm maintenance page.

Can Ajax work with CCTV?

Yes. Cameras and Ajax can be planned together — see CCTV installation in Wrexham, CCTV installation in Chester, and the Island Green project above.

Do you cover Chester for Ajax?

Yes — surveys and installs from Wrexham, with no Chester office. See alarm installation in Chester and security installers in Chester.
