This visit was the annual service and certification of our alarm and CCTV security system fitted by SRS.
Agreed date, got reminder the day before visit. Arrived to time, completed the work quietly and efficiently and provide certificates required by our Insurance company
All in all 5* service

We had two spotlights and two coach lights fitted to our property last year by SR Security with no problems at all. Over the last few months the spotlights were picking up tree movements and coming on and staying on inappropriately. SR Security responded promptly to my query and a member of the team popped round the other day and adjusted the settings free of charge such that everything is now working perfectly again. Many thanks.
